Product Introduction

Through the reform and innovation of the traditional molecular sieve production process, Dalian Chuangge has successfully developed 3A molecular sieve, which has high strength and low dust. It is not easy to peel and damage during transportation and use. The adsorption capacity for water and gas sulfide is large, while the adsorption capacity for N2 and O2 is small. The surface of the product is hard and smooth, with low dust during filling and good fluidity. In the modern insulating glass manufacturing industry, the 3A molecular sieve developed by Dalian Chuangge has been well received by domestic and foreign customers.

Hollow glass 3A molecular sieve, which has the following characteristics:

  • Long Service Life: The insulating glass desiccant can significantly extend the service life of insulating glass.
  • Low Outgassing: It has a low gas desorption rate, minimizing the impact on the internal environment of the insulating glass.
  • High Adsorption Capacity: It exhibits extremely high water absorption capacity even under very low humidity conditions.
  • Low Adsorption Rate: This ensures that the desiccant can continuously and steadily absorb moisture.
  • Low Dew Point: It effectively reduces the dew point temperature inside the insulating glass, preventing condensation.
  • Non-Corrosive: It has no corrosive effect on materials such as insulating glass spacer bars.
  • Low Dust: Ultra-low dust content guarantees the aesthetic and light-transmitting performance of the insulating glass.
  • Reasonable pH Value: It ensures that the insulating glass spacer bars are not easily corroded, avoiding phenomena such as salt leaching.
  • High Crush Strength: It reduces the risk of breakage during the filling process due to insufficient strength.

With advanced production process, the dust level of ChuangGe's molecular sieve is lower than the same product in the market. We use microcomputer laser dust monitor to test the dust level to make the test result more precise. We test the gas desorption specification with European method. Only the product up to the grade could come to the market. That will avoid the distortion of IG unit and make the application of IG unit safer.
ChuangGe's full automatic airproof packing process could isolate the product with air which can decrease the moisture content of packaged product.
