Product Introduction
CTO-1.6 (3093) deoxidizer is a kind of ablative inert gas deoxidizer, which does not need to work combined with hydrogen or regenerated by hydrogen reduction. The deoxidation principle is that the oxygen in the gas and carbon converted into carbon dioxide at a lower temperature under the catalytic action of the active components, C+O2=CO2↑. The residual oxygen amount of the deoxidized gas is less than 1.0ppm, than remove the carbon dioxide, a high-purity gas is obtained. The deoxidizer can directly remove oxygen from nitrogen, argon, helium, carbon dioxide and other gases. Compared with the commonly deoxidizer, advantages as below: no hydrogen source in the deoxidation process, safe and reliable; large deoxidation capacity; simple operation and Cost-effective.

Working condition
- Oxygen content in feed gas: 0.01~0.5 (Max 1.5%)
- Catalytic reactor height to diameter ratio 4~12
- Feed gas N2、Ar、He、CO、CO2、CH4 etc.
- Impurities in deoxygenated gas: oxygen ≤ 0.5ppm, hydrogen ≤ 1.0ppm, CO ≤ 1.0ppm

Application areas
CTO-1.6 deoxidizer is applied in semiconductor materials, metal heat treatment, chemical industry, aerospace, chemical fiber, magnetic materials etc. With the advantage of stable and reliable operation, oxygen, hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and water in the purified gas have reached their technical indicators.
