Product Introduction
Because the special molecular sieve XH-9 for receiver drier only adsorbs water molecules, it does not have an adsorption effect on acidic substances. At the same time, the molecular sieve is weakly alkaline, and the acidic environment will also affect the service life of the molecular sieve. The activated alumina has good adsorption effect on sulfide and excellent compatibility with molecular sieve. Therefore, our company and several well-known refrigeration system manufacturers such as Sanhua (stock 002050) have studied the combination of refrigeration special molecular sieve and activated alumina particles.
The joint experiments between our company and customers have proved that the acid value control in the system is very ideal after 8000 hours of accumulated experiments. After disassembly, no corrosion traces are observed on the inner wall of the copper tube. At the same time, adding an appropriate amount of activated alumina does not have any impact on the compatibility of desiccant and refrigerant.
It is suggested that the special alumina microspheres developed and produced by our company for refrigeration industry should be selected in the refrigeration system containing trace acidic substances to absorb hydroiodic acid and hydrofluoric acid from the refrigerant to prevent the influence of acidic substances on the safety of the refrigeration system. The product is perfectly compatible with the latest refrigerants 466a or 454b, 454c, etc.
