Molecular Sieve Activated Powder 3A
Applications:
Polyurethane Dehydration Paint & Ink Personal Care Moisture-proof Packaging TDS MSDS
Product Introduction
After high-temperature roasting and dehydration, stabilizer is added to the molecular sieve powder. During this process, most of the water is removed from the molecular sieve powder, resulting in a strong adsorption capacity and excellent dispersion and rapid adsorption capabilities for the activated powder. This amorphous adsorbent with selective adsorption properties is commonly used directly in polyurethane or coating systems to effectively eliminate trace moisture and other impurities in materials, prevent bubbles and provide a perfect surface finish, as well as prolong material shelf life.
Cas No.: 1318-02-1
Molecular formula: 2/3K2O·1/3Na2O·Al2O3·2SiO2·9/2H2O
Silica-alumina ratio: SiO2/ Al2O3≈2
Technical Description
A) Dynamic calcination, roasting uniform, no over-burning under-burning phenomenon.
B) Crystal optimization, screening and impurity removal result in a residue of less than 325 mesh sieve, which can be controlled within 0.1% as per requirement.
C) The fully enclosed production line is directly packaged after cooling, crushing and screening again, and the packaging moisture content is stable.
Molecular sieve activated powder SL-2033 serves as an amorphous stabilizer, effectively eliminating water and bubbles in various systems such as polyurethane, hollow rubber strip production, cosmetics, and electronic sealant applications.
Additionally, this molecular sieve activated powder can be incorporated as a selective adsorbent in specific polymer or coating production processes to capture CO2, H2S, and other gases generated during production.
