Product Introduction
Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) is the adsorbent of PSA nitrogen generating device, using the principle of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) to separate nitrogen from the air, the separation of carbon molecular sieve oxygen and nitrogen in the air is mainly based on the difference of diffusion rate of these two kinds of gas on the surface of CMS. The diffusion rate of gas molecules (O2) with smaller diameter is faster, and more of them enter the pore of carbon molecular sieve. The gas molecules with larger diameter (N2) have a slower diffusion rate and fewer go into the pore of carbon molecular sieve, so that nitrogen enrichment components can be obtained in the gas phase. The use of carbon molecular sieve adsorption difference on oxygen and nitrogen in a certain time, by using the automatic control system and following to the specific programmable pressure adsorption, cycle process with atmospheric pressure analysis, to complete nitrogen oxygen separation, and obtain the required high purity nitrogen.
CMS has a large number of 0.4nm diameter micropores, which have a strong instant affinity for oxygen molecules, so it has the characteristics of large nitrogen production, high nitrogen recycle rate, long service life and so on. Air separation to produce nitrogen with CMS has been widely used in petrochemical industry, metal heat treatment, electronic manufacturing, food preservation etc.

e) The N2 concentration and production yield rate can be adjusted according to the user’s demand. When the gas production time and operating pressure are determined, the concentration of N2 will be increased if the gas production yield rate is reduced; otherwise, the concentration of N2 will be decreased, and users can adjust it according to the actual needs.
