Olefin deoxygenation:
Olefin deoxygenation mainly Mn the oxygen capacity of the deoxidizer is large, not easy to sinter and low cost, but its reduction and regeneration temperature is 170-350℃. The appearance of manganese deoxidizer is brown black ball, which is used in the production process of polyethylene and polypropylene, and has good deoxidation performance. During use, the bulk density1.18g/ml, the temperature is at room temperature-120℃, the highest space velocity can be reached 6000h -1, the oxygen in the feed gas can be removed below 0.1 ppm.
Manganese deoxidizer reaction mechanism:
Activation (regeneration) process: MnOx+2n+H2 → MnOx+nH2O+Q
Deoxidation process: MnOx+NO2 → MnOx +n+Q
