Product Introduction
With the addition of special butyl adhesive as an auxiliary material, the thermoplastic sealing spacer filled with molecular sieve offers unique advantages for insulating glass. As an amorphous desiccant, molecular sieve easily adsorbs trace moisture inside the glass to ensure dryness, preventing fogging and condensation and improving insulation and sound insulation. Compared to traditional drying technology, the addition of molecular sieve does not alter the original physical and chemical properties of the product, ensuring high performance and safety for insulating glass. Furthermore, combining thermoplastic sealing spacer with molecular sieve enhances structural stability, extends service life, increases TPSS edge thermal resistance system efficiency by over four times that of aluminum strip, allows for arbitrary bending to process various shapes of insulated glass without needing corner inserts.

Method of Use
