Action Mechanism
◆ The main component of Z-PVC special zeolite is active aluminosilicate. The alkaline groups attached to its surface can rapidly neutralize part of the HCL produced byPVC degradation and slow down the structural decomposition of PVC.
◆ The unique pore structure of active aluminosilicate can effectively bind the HCL produced by degradation, thereby reducing the concentration of HCL, cutting off the autocatalytic reaction process, improving the thermal stability of PVC, and having the thermal stability characteristics of long-term main heat stabilizer. Technical Date Sheet Z-PVC special zeolite heat loss (attached water, crystal water), can take away part of the heat, but also can dilute flammable gas to play a good flame retardant role.
