Product Introduction
As a highly ordered microporous silicaluminate material, ZSM-5 molecular sieve has shown high application values in many industrial fields due to its unique structural characteristics and diverse compositions. Different applications have specific requirements for the SiO2/Al2O3 ratio of ZSM-5. For example, the ZSM-5 added to the FCC catalyst is mostly concentrated between 40-50 to achieve the best catalytic effect; In the additives to reduce the olefin content of gasoline, the proportion is slightly lower, about 38-40; For residual oil catalytic cracking, a lower ratio of SiO2/Al2O3 (25-30) helps to meet the cracking needs of heavy oil.

In addition, it can also increase the olefin content of the gas, which is particularly important for the production of chemical raw materials.

- Shape selection catalysis: ZSM-5 molecular sieve is widely used in the synthesis of p-diethylbenzene and xylene isomerization reactions due to its selectivity of pore size and shape, which can effectively improve the yield and purity of the target product.
- Environmental protection applications: In the field of environmental protection, high-silicon ZSM-5 (SiO2/Al2O3 between 220-400) is used for the removal of organic pollutants in water due to its excellent adsorption properties, showing a good application prospect.
