R & D Engineer
Job responsibilities
1. Engaged in research and development of new products and projects. This includes specific work throughout the entire process, including project proposal, execution of project plans, organizational testing and data evaluation, progress control, and project summary.
2. Provide professional technical guidance for the company's product production, responsible for product and formula development, product experimentation and production amplification, product modification and process optimization, and other technical support related work.
3. Write R&D reports/experimental reports/test reports, manage R&D technical files, and assist in the application of technical certificates.
4. Responsible for the work arrangement and management training of laboratory supervisors; Standardized operation and safety management of the laboratory.
Job requirements
Under 1.45 years old, physically healthy, with a good character and a high sense of work responsibility.
2. 985 graduate degree or above, majoring in catalysts, polymers, and related fields.
3. Priority will be given to those who have experience in organic synthesis or other related fields in universities/research institutes or enterprises.
4. Possessing high professional abilities, and having actual research and development achievements in synthesizing new molecular structures or manufacturing new substances in previous work experience is the best.
