The 16th Chongqing International Battery Technology Exchange Exhibition opened in Chongqing Guobo Center
It is understood that the China International Battery Technology Exchange/Exhibition (CIBF) is an international professional technical exchange/exhibition of the battery industry sponsored by the China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, which has been successfully held for 15 consecutive times. In order to better serve the development of the industry, CIBF innovates the business model, adding a tour exhibition between two years on the basis of being held in Shenzhen every two years, aiming to drive the iterative development of new energy industry in more regions by combining fixed exhibitions and touring exhibitions. The 16th Chongqing International Battery Technology Exchange Conference/Exhibition is also the first CIBF tour into the Sichuan-Chongqing area.
"At present, new related battery products and technologies have ushered in major development opportunities as ballast stones for the efficient use of new energy sources and important infrastructure for the construction of new power systems." At the opening ceremony, Jin Lei, director of the Basic Division of the Electronic Information Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, said that the CIBF entered Chongqing for the first time, which will accelerate the development of the new energy industry related to the battery industry in the western region.
Zheng Hongyu, chairman of CIBF2024 Organizing Committee and chairman of China Chemical and Physical Power Industry Association, said that the exhibition with the theme of "Chain moving the world, Empowering Green, driving the future", includes 14 pavilions, an area of 180,000 square meters, covering the whole industry chain such as batteries, materials, equipment and overseas industry special exhibitions. Brought together industry leaders Ningde Times, BYD, lead intelligence, electric Blue Sky and other more than 2,200 domestic and foreign exhibitors.
In addition to the exhibition, during CIBF2024, several high-end industry summits of "Advanced battery Frontier Technology Seminar", "China Optical Storage Communication Development Conference", "New energy vehicles and power Batteries Exchange Conference" and "International Battery Industry Cooperation Forum" were also launched at the same time.
