Product informations
In spray polyurea systems, trace water reacts with isocyanate to release CO₂, causing pin-holes, foaming and curing defects. SL-K2033 selectively adsorbs this moisture, suppressing the side-reaction and guaranteeing defect-free films. The powder is produced from high-crystallinity 3Å zeolite, calcined at 750°C, oil-compatibilised and micronised for polyurea. It gives three benefits in a single addition:Rapid dehydration，Instant de-foaming，Long-term anti-sedimentation
B-component shelf life is prolonged, single-pass film build and surface aspect are improved, and the working time is extended because the overall moisture level is lowered.
Key advantages

• Broad compatibility – no side reaction with NH₂-amines, OH-polyols, metal catalysts or other fillers; no post-thickening after 6 months storage.

Handling
Keep original bag closed until use to prevent moisture pick-up. Add quickly under high-speed stirring; homogenise at once. Shelf life 12 months in unopened packaging.
