Product Introduction
The deoxidizer used in industrial production can be divided into catalytic conversion deoxidizer and adsorption deoxidizer according to its deoxidization principle. Olefin Deoxygenation:
The primary Mn deoxidizer has a high oxygen capacity, is resistant to sintering, and is cost-effective. However, it requires a reduction and regeneration temperature of 170-350℃. The manganese deoxidizer, in the form of brown and black balls, is utilized in the production process of polyethylene and polypropylene due to its excellent deoxidation performance. During use, the packing density is 1.18g/ml, with an operating temperature range from ambient to 120℃. It can achieve a maximum air speed of 6000h-1 and effectively reduce the oxygen content in the raw gas to less than 0.1ppm.
Manganese deoxidizer reaction mechanism:
Activation (regeneration) process:MnOx+2n + nH2 → MnOX + nH2O + Q
Deoxidation process:MnOX + nO2 → MnOX+n + Q
Applications:
- This product can be used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electronics, light industry, scientific research and other new technology fields
- N2、Ar、He、CO、CO2 N2: Gas purification for direct oxygen removal, manufacturing of ultra-pure gases, etc.
