Product Introduction
When there is a trace of water or acid in the polyurethane system, it will react with isocyanate to generate CO2, so that the product generates bubbles to affect the bond strength. The addition of molecular sieve activated powder with dispersibility and rapid adsorption capacity to the polyurethane system can effectively remove trace moisture and other small molecule impurities in the material and avoid bubbles. The molecular sieve activated powder has excellent dispersibility and can be perfectly compatible with the existing commonly used polyether polyols, castor oil, isocyanate and polyester polyols.
SL-G2035 3A modified activated powder is a product designed for two-component polyurethane adhesive. It can effectively prevent bubbles, while prolonging the curing time, providing sufficient adaptation period for construction, greatly improving the construction efficiency and quality. In addition, the product has extremely low impurity content and uniform particle size, ensuring the purity and consistency of the product.
