Product Introduction
3A-EPG molecular sieve is mainly used in ethylene, propylene, butadiene and other separation production units to carry out deep dehydration and drying of raw material pyrolysis gas. The pyrolysis gas with temperature of 16±1 ℃, pressure of 3.2±0.1MPa and water content of 600-900PPm can be dried to make its dew point less than -55 ℃, and then enter the pre-cooling system of low-temperature demethanizer.
3A-EPG molecular sieve adsorption operation is stable, strong penetration temperature capacity, strong adsorption capacity, long service cycle, dew point monitoring qualified rate of 100%. The product has high strength, low attrition and no dust, and solves the problems of blockage of pipelines and equipment caused by a large amount of molecular sieve dust brought into the rear system due to low strength and large attrition, resulting in a decrease in heat transfer capacity of the heat exchanger, a higher feed temperature of the demethanizer, an increase in ethylene loss at the top of the tower, a decrease in separation efficiency of the tower plate, an increase in resistance drop, and instability of the entire ethylene production plant.
3A-EPG molecular sieve adsorption pore size is uniform, countercurrent into the heating feed gas or vacuum can be regenerated and reused, the product in addition to the adsorption of water, does not absorb other substances such as hydrocarbons. The product has good selectivity and is easy to regenerate. The product solves the problems of using other types of molecular sieve regeneration processes commonly used in the past to humidify with medium-pressure steam to remove adsorbed hydrocarbons and surface carbon.
