Product Introduction

In certain paint or coating systems, the presence of residual moisture in raw materials (such as solvents, pigments, additives, etc.) can lead to detrimental consequences. For instance, in metal or zinc-rich coatings, the residual moisture can react with active metal pigments such as zinc and aluminum to generate hydrogen gas, resulting in increased pressure within the tank and potential permeation in aggressive environments. The incorporation of SL-2034 molecular sieve activated powder effectively adsorbs residual water within the system and mitigates the formation of hydrogen.

SL-2034 molecular sieve activated powder can also be incorporated as a selective adsorbent in specific polymer or coating production processes to capture CO2, H2S, and other gases generated during production.
