伟大实践产生伟大精神，伟大精神推动伟大事业。前不久，习近平总书记在新时代推动东北全面振兴座谈会上强调，要大力弘扬东北抗联精神、大庆精神（铁人精神）、北大荒精神，引领党员、干部树立正确的政绩观，激发干事创业热情，强调要牢牢把握东北在维护国家“五大安全”中的重要使命。新时代新征程，维护好国家安全，必须传承红色基因、赓续红色血脉，从东北抗联精神、大庆精神（铁人精神）、北大荒精神中汲取干事创业的奋进力量。

“精神成砥砺，千载此中寻。”实践证明，中国人民积极性、主动性、创造性进一步激发，志气、骨气、底气空前增强，党心军心民心昂扬振奋，都离不开自信自强的精神力量。东北抗联精神、大庆精神（铁人精神）、北大荒精神，是中国共产党人精神谱系的重要组成部分，蕴藏着党带领人民屡创奇迹的“精神密码”，其中所蕴含的英雄气概、昂扬斗志、自强精神，正是中华民族精神的有力彰显。前进道路上，我们要自觉以伟大精神砥砺奋进品格，激发干事创业的奋斗热情。
