Product Introduction
In the presence of water or acid in the polyurethane system, it will react with the isocyanate to produce CO2, leading to the formation of bubbles and compromising bond strength. The incorporation of molecular sieve activated powder with high dispersibility and rapid adsorption capability in the polyurethane system can effectively eliminate trace water and other small molecular impurities in the material to prevent bubble formation. Zeolite molecular sieve activated powder exhibits excellent dispersibility and perfect compatibility with polyether polyols, castor oil, isocyanate, and polyester polyols.
The SL-G2035 zeolite activated powder is specifically formulated for the enhancement of two-component polyurethane adhesives.
