Product Introduction
Chuangge Technology focuses on the research and development and production of adsorbents for ethanol dehydration to anhydrous ethanol in fermentation and coal-to-ethanol (DMTE) processes. In view of the different by-products in different processes and the low purity of products, we deeply study and produce special molecular sieves for ethanol dehydration. The molecular sieve is specially designed and optimized, which can effectively improve the dehydration efficiency and ensure that the purity of ethanol meets or exceeds the design requirements, and the content of ethanol can reach more than 99.99 (V/V) from 95% after being treated by the molecular sieve. Through innovative technology and strict production control, our special molecular sieves show excellent performance in the dehydration process, providing a reliable guarantee for industrial ethanol production.
Ethanol dehydration special molecular sieve, which has the following characteristics:
- High selective adsorption technology makes the molecular sieve has excellent adsorption performance, through the use of high exchange rate of raw powder, the molecular sieve has a strong adsorption of water, and the adsorption of ethanol and miscellaneous alcohol is almost negligible, its strong adsorption capacity to ensure an efficient adsorption process.
- In addition, the strength of the product has been carefully designed, and high-viscosity adhesives are used in the production process to ensure the strength requirements in the gas or liquid ethanol dehydration process, making the product not easy to powder during application.
- The use of special molecular sieve for ethanol dehydration can significantly reduce the energy consumption in the dehydration process of anhydrous ethanol, and the minimum steam consumption in the production process can reach 0.45 T/T.; And to achieve very low ethanol water content standards, anhydrous ethanol water content of up to 80ppm below; this efficient, energy-saving molecular sieve technology for ethanol purification industry has important application value.
