Product Introduction
SL-G2055 Modified Activation powder is a product designed for systems with a high percentage of molecular sieve powder, especially for a variety of electronic potting adhesives with a high percentage of addition, or elastomer products with a higher percentage. The product has a low content of monovalent ions such as sodium and potassium, and is particularly suitable for systems that are sensitive to monovalent ions. Compared with SL-2035, it has stronger dispersion performance, lower heat generation, and the system does not yellow after addition, which can effectively prevent high temperature damage to precision electronic components, prevent powder precipitation in the system and inhibit the generation of bubbles, while extending the pot life.
