Product Introduction
The 4A molecular sieve, with a type A crystal structure of sodium, is capable of adsorbing molecules with a critical diameter of 4A. It is used for static dehydration in closed gas or liquid systems, featuring uniformly distributed micropores that allow for size and shape-based screening of gas molecules smaller ones can enter the micropores while larger ones cannot. Compressed air treated with this molecular sieve has a pressure dew point ≤-50 °C, and it can reach as low as -70 °C.
In a low humidity environment (RH 10%), air drying exhibits strong water absorption ability, high strength, stable physical and chemical properties, durability, long lifespan, and large mechanical strength during prolonged use without expansion or cracking after water absorption.
