Product Introduction
3A-EPG molecular sieving is primarily used in the dehydration and drying of raw material cracking gas in ethylene, propylene, butadiene, and other separation production units. resulting in a dew point lower than -55℃ before entering the low temperature demethanation tower pre-cooling system.
The 3A-EPG molecular sieve demonstrates stable adsorption operation, high penetration temperature capacity, strong adsorption capability, extended service cycle, and a 100% qualified rate of dew point monitoring. The product exhibits high strength, low attrition, and no dust, effectively addressing the issue of system contamination caused by weak strength and significant attrition in traditional molecular sieves. This contamination leads to pipeline and equipment clogging, reduced heat transfer capacity in the heat exchanger, elevated feed temperatures in the demethanation tower, increased ethylene loss at the tower's apex, decreased tray separation efficiency, heightened resistance levels within the entire ethylene production unit.
The 3A-EPG molecular sieve has a uniform adsorption pore size, allowing for reverse flow into the heated raw gas or vacuum to be recycled and reused. The product exhibits good selectivity and is easily regenerated. It effectively addresses the issue of removing adsorbed hydrocarbons and surface carbon through the use of medium pressure steam humidification commonly employed in other types of molecular sieve regeneration processes.
